How Our Program Works:
Select a membership option that works for you - Semaglutide or Tirzepatide - or if you’re unsure, just set an introductory consult with the Doctor. The membership covers physician access and appointments. Our physicians are qualified to advise on and prescribe weight loss medications. All physician appointments are conducted through our secure virtual health platform, Healthie, with is HIPAA compliant. Once a treatment option has been decided, any prescribed medication will be ordered through a partner pharmacy and shipped to your doorstep.

Choose a state from the drop-down menu.
Select a provider from the menu, or choose “no preference” to be shown all available appointment times
Select a Semaglutide or Tirzepatide membership, or just select an introductory appointment with the doctor.
Select physician appointment type (video or phone) and a time that is convenient for your schedule
Input requested personal information
You will receive an email from us with an invitation to create a Healthie account. The Healthie account will prompt you to complete intake forms, this should be done 24 hours prior to your appointment
